Terms and Conditions on-line shopping

If your card issuer rejects payment for your order goods will not be dispatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order and in all such cases a full refund of any payment made will be refunded directly to the purchasing cardholders card.

DELIVERY

All orders are dispatched within 28 working days from receipt of payment from your card issuer. Delivery Times We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as possible, however if the item is out of stock or is going to be delayed in any way then we will notify you via email. If your goods are not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

We will confirm via email when a delivery will take place. Deliveries are usually day deliveries between 9:00am and 5:30pm. We can arrange specific time, evening and weekend deliveries for a small extra charge, you should notify us of these requirements using one of the contact methods on our contact page. Postage and packaging charges will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price.

RISK OF LOSS

Some of the items that can be purchased from Sirs Dress Hire are purchased pursuant to the Sale of Goods Act 1984 . This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We will however send packages by Special Delivery subject to their being over £50 in retail value. All overseas orders are sent by international recorded post.

This site is created and controlled by Sirs Dress Hire in Scotland. As such, the laws of the Scotland will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
